We invite you to join our nurturing Luna Series of classes in May every Sunday evening on Zoom from 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m
WHAT IS OUR LUNA SERIES?
Our weekly practices will align with the phases of the moon to bring benefits of body, mind and spirit.
Lizzie will guide us through nourishing yoga practices of gentle flow, yin, self-massage, and restorative yoga.
Noelle will guide us through visualised mediation and journaling prompts connecting each week’s moon phase.
Our Lunar Series is suitable for all!
We also offer an optional self-care kit to accompany your lunar journey through May including bespoke blended essential oils and your own Moon Oracle Card

Each week of our Luna Series we will focus on a different moon phase and theme:
May 9th Transitioning into the New Moon in Taurus on 11th.
Our theme is self-care, listening to your body and grounding.
May 16th Waxing Crescent Moon in Cancer.
Our theme is opening the heart, connecting to feelings and flowing.
Sunday 23rd May Waxing Gibbous Moon in Libra.
Our theme is clarity of the mind, creating healthy boundaries and bringing balance.
Sunday 30th May Transitioning from Full Moon in Sagittarius on 26th May into Waning Gibbous Moon in Aquarius.
Our theme is releasing all that doesn’t serve you, setting intentions for the summer, and bringing a sense of freedom in body, mind and spirit.

For the LUNAR SERIES YOU WILL NEED:
Comfy clothing, yoga mat, bolster or 2 pillows, 2 cushions, 2 blankets, 2 blocks or thick books, writing journal and a pen. Either the contents of your self-care kit or your own salo panto, candle, crystal and oils.
About our Guides:
Lizzie believes her purpose is sharing the tools of yoga which bring her balance, peace and spiritual curiosity. She is passionate about yoga philosophy, the ways in which yoga can bring you deeper into your intuition and grow awareness of your inner balance of yin and yang. To Lizzie, yoga is a practice of grounding and acceptance, of feeling at home in your own skin, as well as a practice of growth; of gaining perspective and exploring our spiritual selves. She specialises in Yin Yoga and Myofascial Release as well enjoying a passion for essential oils. Music is Lizzie’s life force and she brings this into the practice, sharing her voice and message through soothing lullaby.
With a life-long passion for yoga, Noelle’s journaling, meditation and restorative practices are an integral part of her work as a published author of ten novels, teacher of creative writing and yoga, and reader of Tarot Cards, Karmic Astrology and Rune Stones.
Noelle’s teaching aims to connect to the heart and nurture the intuition. Unblocking the healing power of creativity through expression and exploration, Noelle’s teachings awaken and restore.

What is journaling?
Journaling is a powerful tool for releasing our thoughts and emotions through words, as well as finding joy in the pleasure of creativity. Moving through guided meditation into journaling practice we can connect to our true selves.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is a practice which cultivates stillness through the sensation of stretching poses held from between 3 – 5 minutes. Although a simple practice it is also very powerful enabling us to release and surrender to the present moment.
We look forward to sharing our Luna Series of nurturing practices with you throughout the month of May.
