10.00 A.M. ON ZOOM

WRITE FROM THE HEART is a weekly creative practice suitable for anyone who wishes to dedicate an hour to their creativity.

You can join whether you are a writer, musician, artist, craftsperson or wish to explore any area of creativity or personal time for journaling and reflection.

Our session begins with a guided visualised meditation aimed to unlock your creativity.

We then write/paint /your creative practice together live on Zoom for approximately 45/ 50 minutes.

During this time we are all muted and you are free to turn off your camera but please don’t leave the meeting!

For the last 10 minutes together we will reconnect and see how we all got on. The session usually finishes between 11.10 & 11.15 p.m.

If you miss a session, live replays of each week’s meditation will be sent out.

The sessions have limited numbers for an intimate experience. They are nurturing while also providing weekly accountability for focusing on any creative project you might like to undertake.
